v.0.1 - Release (06/07/2024)


Ah yes, welcome!

v.0.1 release features the really basic core mechanics of this project, with the exception of the end game objective that will be added in future updates.

For now, the gameplay loop revolves around:

Game Start - waiting for timer to wear off - enemy spawning - running from the enemy and trying to stay alive

On future updates, I'm going to expand that to:

Game Start - collect certain hidden objects before the timer wears off - open the door and win the game

If the timer wears off, an enemy will spawn and chase you, and your goal will be to stay alive, find the hidden objects and win the game.

My plan is to make these items spawn in random locations throughout the map, hidden or locked behind some kind of puzzle.


*Known issues*

The enemy sometimes get stuck on the crates, that will soon be addressed.


v.0.2 will be focused on expanding the art and decorating the rooms, to lay ground for the endgame objective.
